Our story
The HR Partner Middle East was founded on a simple belief: business success is rarely limited by strategy alone. More often, it is shaped by the quality of the decisions leaders make about their people.
After more than a decade supporting organisations across the UAE and the wider Middle East, we kept seeing the same gap. Companies were investing in growth, technology and expansion — yet many lacked the people structures, leadership capability and workforce strategies needed to sustain it.
We created The HR Partner Middle East to close that gap: helping organisations align people, performance and business objectives through practical, commercially grounded HR advisory.

Where it started
Founded in Dubai to bring practical, commercially focused HR advisory to a market full of ambition but short on the people structures to sustain it.
Building roots in the region
Established relationships across the UAE business community, including membership with the Dubai Business Women Council — connecting with the entrepreneurs, investors and leaders shaping the region's growth.
Expanding what we do
Broadened our work well beyond traditional HR — organisational design, leadership development, performance management, talent strategy and workforce transformation — and extended end-to-end support for investors and growing businesses, from company setup and relocation to strategic workforce solutions.
Partnering with Gallery HR
Became the UAE partner for Gallery HR, a trusted cloud HR system built for the region — WPS-compliant payroll, accurate end-of-service calculations, and multi-entity, multi-currency operations — pairing hands-on advisory with HR technology clients can rely on.
