Who is the legal employer?

We are — our local entity holds the employment contract, visa sponsorship and statutory obligations. You direct the day-to-day work, exactly like managing any other team member.

How is our IP and confidentiality protected?

The employment contract includes IP assignment and confidentiality clauses in your favour, backed by a service agreement between us. Anything your hire creates belongs to you.

How fast can someone start?

Contract issuance takes days. Full visa processing depends on the authority, but candidates already in the UAE can typically start under our sponsorship within a couple of weeks — often faster.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly fee per employee on top of their salary and benefits — no setup capital, no hidden government-fee surprises. We quote the full landed cost before you commit.

Can we move employees to our own entity later?
