How does pricing work?

Our retainer pricing is published and transparent: Essential AED 4,000/month (5–7 hours), Growth AED 7,500/month (10–12 hours), Strategic AED 12,000/month (15–18 hours), and Custom+ AED 15,000/month (20–25 hours). Hours are senior-practitioner time applied to your priorities each month. One-off projects and hourly advisory are priced separately — see below — and annual commitments attract preferential rates.

Can I upgrade or downgrade between tiers?

Yes, at any review point. Most clients start on Essential or Growth and upgrade as they scale. We'll proactively flag when an upgrade would unlock more value — but we'll also flag when you're paying for things you don't need.

What's the minimum commitment?

It depends on the depth of the partnership. Essential starts with a simple three-month minimum, then continues on a rolling basis. Growth engagements typically run 6–12 months. Strategic is a 12-month engagement and Custom+ an annual contract (renewable) — both involve substantial upfront work that pays back over the year. Prefer to commit annually on any tier? Annual terms come with preferential rates.

How does billing work?

Retainers run as a simple monthly subscription, billed automatically — no invoices to chase, no surprises. Annual prepayment unlocks the discounted rate. One-off projects and hourly sessions are invoiced separately on agreed milestones.

Do plans include Gallery HR licenses?

Gallery HR licenses are quoted separately based on your headcount. As Gallery HR's official UAE partner, we get you preferential pricing and handle full implementation as part of the Strategic and Custom+ plans, or as a project add-on for any tier.

I just need an hour with an expert — is that possible?

Absolutely. We offer ad-hoc sessions with no retainer required: an HR Advisory Session (60–90 min, AED 500–850), a Compliance Q&A consult with a written summary (AED 350–600), one-on-one manager coaching (AED 600–900), or a 30-day HR Clinic block of flexible prepaid support (3–5 hours, AED 1,500–2,500). Can I hire you for a one-off project instead?

Yes — many engagements start as a fixed-price project: Foundational HR Setup (org structure, core policies, onboarding workflow — AED 5,000–8,000, 2–3 weeks), Compliance & Legal Audit (AED 7,500–12,000, 2–4 weeks), System Implementation & SOP structuring (AED 6,000–10,000, 3–4 weeks), People & Culture Transformation (AED 12,000–18,000, 4–6 weeks), or a Full HR Infrastructure Build (AED 18,000–28,000, 6–8 weeks). Each comes with defined deliverables — and many convert into retainers once the foundations are in.
