What's the difference between PEO and EOR?

With PEO we co-employ your team — you keep your local entity and day-to-day control while we run HR, payroll and compliance. With EOR, we become the legal employer, so you don't need an entity at all. If you don't have a UAE entity yet, look at our EOR service.

Do we need a UAE entity to use PEO?

Yes — PEO works alongside your registered entity. If you don't have one (or don't want one yet), our Employer of Record service lets you hire compliantly without it.

Who stays in control of the team?

You do. Your managers direct the work, set goals and make people decisions. We handle the administration, compliance and paperwork behind it.

Can we bring HR back in-house later?

Absolutely. Everything we build — records, contracts, processes — belongs to you. When you're ready to hire your own HR team, we hand over cleanly and can even help you recruit them.
