Is there a minimum engagement?

Project work is scoped per engagement — some run two weeks. Fractional roles work best with at least a three-month initial term, so the consultant can deliver change, not just observations.

Onsite or remote?

Both — most engagements blend onsite presence in the UAE with remote working sessions. Sensitive work like investigations and restructures usually warrants more time in person.
